Toddlers To Grandparents provides consumer-directed service facilitation for the CCC+ waiver, DD waiver, and EPSDT Program for the entire State of Virginia.
We serve families with children from 6 weeks old to adults well into their 90’s, all with varying abilities. Some of those identified special needs include Chromosomal Disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, Down Syndrome, Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Stroke Victims, Cancer, Diabetes and a wide variety of sensory integration and multi-disabling disorders, as well as the medically fragile.
Honored to serve thousands of individuals across the Commonwealth of Virginia. We believe in a family atmosphere here at TTG. We are large enough to be a well-oiled machine, but small enough to keep you feeling like part of the family!

Meet Declan, Age 8
Mowat-Wilson Syndrome
Declan LOVES basketball. Just mentioning the sport is enough to light up his entire face as he jumps up and down with excitement. This paired with his deep belly laugh quickly has everyone who meets Declan instantly fall in love with him.
His rare genetic disorder coincides with a number of health defects. These can include Hirschsprung disease, intellectual disability, epilepsy, delayed growth and motor development, congenital heart disease, and genitourinary anomalies. Many individuals with this condition are also born without the corpus callosum, the part of the brain that connects the two hemispheres.
Declan reminds everyone around him that joy doesn’t depend on words. His determination, resilience, and love for life inspire those who have the privilege of knowing him.

Meet Cailin, Age 15
Autism & Growth Hormone Deficiency
Cailin has a primary diagnosis of autism and growth hormone deficiency. While verbal, she can be difficult to understand to unfamiliar listeners, and has difficulty with fine motor tasks. She loves working on her iPad and being with her brother.
Cailin’s super power is to change other kid’s hearts when they are unsure about her, but then end up growing alongside of her by including her in activities and fun.

Testimonials
Kind words from some of our wonderful families!
“Toddlers To Grandparents has been the biggest blessing in disguise. We were with another provider previously and could never get the help we deserved. TTG and their staff are so friendly and compassionate. You can tell they truly care. We will be with TTG for life.”
Nicole
“I have to give my service facilitator, Almira from Toddlers to Grandparents, 5 stars. She is so compassionate, supportive, and helpful when it comes to my daughter’s needs. My family has been so blessed and thankful to be placed under her. She goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are well taken care of. This is more than a job to her — Almira truly has a huge heart and cares about her clients.”
Brandi
“I can't thank Toddlers to Grandparents enough. They truly go above and beyond — you're never just a number to them. They genuinely care about the children they support and are always available to answer any questions. Jamie, in particular, is an absolute wealth of information, and her expertise has been invaluable. I'm so grateful for all the help and support they provide!”
Angel
"The best place for your family care needs!
I have been using their services for over a year. Excellent customer service! Excellent resolution to your questions and problems! Excellent and accurate pay! A winning TEAM! Thank you again for your excellent service.
Sigfrido
“We recently switched to Toddlers To Grandparents, and we have been nothing but pleased. There was so much going wrong when we switched, and the staff worked so hard to get everything worked out and helped us improve the service. Thank you to those who tolerated our impatience with grace and got the job done.”
Anita
“We switched to this facilitator after issues with our old one. Ashley came highly recommended by our Medicaid representative, and I could not be more pleased. Communication has been great, and I have not had any problems with payments or services. She kept in contact during COVID, checking in frequently, and I really appreciated that. If you need a facilitator, I highly recommend this company!”
