Honored to serve thousands of individuals across the Commonwealth of Virginia. We believe in a family atmosphere here at TTG. We are large enough to be a well-oiled machine, but small enough to keep you feeling like part of the family!

Are you interested in the waiver but don't know where to start?

First, we recommend checking out our “Waivers” tab, right here on our website to familiarize yourself with all of the VA Medicaid waivers that are available to Virginia residents. Next, you can book an appointment with our Community Outreach & Enrollment Specialist, Peter Carrington to help walk you through the process of getting a waiver! If your loved one is awarded a VA medical waiver, we will happily help you get started with our services and Peter will ensure that your transition to intake with us is seamless. Meet Declan, Age 8

Mowat-Wilson Syndrome

Declan LOVES basketball. Just mentioning the sport is enough to light up his entire face as he jumps up and down with excitement. This paired with his deep belly laugh quickly has everyone who meets Declan instantly fall in love with him.

His rare genetic disorder coincides with a number of health defects. These can include Hirschsprung disease, intellectual disability, epilepsy, delayed growth and motor development, congenital heart disease, and genitourinary anomalies. Many individuals with this condition are also born without the corpus callosum, the part of the brain that connects the two hemispheres.

Declan reminds everyone around him that joy doesn’t depend on words. His determination, resilience, and love for life inspire those who have the privilege of knowing him.

Meet Cailin, Age 15

Autism & Growth Hormone Deficiency

Cailin has a primary diagnosis of autism and growth hormone deficiency. While verbal, she can be difficult to understand to unfamiliar listeners, and has difficulty with fine motor tasks. She loves working on her iPad and being with her brother.

Cailin’s super power is to change other kid’s hearts when they are unsure about her, but then end up growing alongside of her by including her in activities and fun.
